This rare setting fostered a local palate so discerning it forged masters of extraordinary craft. Specially opened for you at lunchtime, this private experience features an Omakase course of the highest quality. While celebrating Aomori’s local bounty, the chef meticulously selects the finest ingredients from across Japan and the world on any given day to ensure a world-class experience. This is the pinnacle of Japanese hospitality. More than a meal, this is a cultural journey. Your dedicated Cultural Interpreter will be by your side, not merely translating, but unlocking the philosophy, craft, and living story behind every piece. This is Aomori. This is the soul of Tohoku—Japan at its most authentic.
