In a single day you'll walk behind a real waterfall at Peričnik, see the impossibly emerald springs of Zelenci, cross the border into Italy to visit the hidden glacier lake at Lake Predil, walk the gorge of the famous Soča River, stand on Slovenia's highest mountain pass at Vršič, and finish at the crystal-clear Lake Jasna near Kranjska Gora. The route runs through Triglav National Park and the Soča Valley, Slovenia's most spectacular landscapes, on roads that would be stressful to drive yourself. You sit back in an air-conditioned minivan while your guide handles the hairpin turns and fills the journey with stories of the Julian Alps. No big coach. No rushed stops. No generic commentary.
